Today's Harris Teeter Find: Stock Up on Furmano's Tomatoes

Harris Teeter was out of all the FREE milk, pasta sauce and a number of other items today. But that's OK, I still was able to get a number of other freebies like chips, band-aids, febreeze noticeables, hand lotion and laundry detergent. You see, coupons can be used for more than just junk food.

The deal I came across today, that I'd like to share, was not for free items, but is a good stock up price.

If you have the $1 off 3 Furmano's Tomatoes coupon in your stash (sorry, I have no idea which insert it's from) you can get diced tomatoes for only 58 cents a can since they are on sale this week for 4 for $5. That's a great stock up price. You can also get the Furmano's pizza sauce for only 33 cents a can--It's on sale for 5 for $5. If you're a lover of making chili on a cold winter day you can't beat this price.

These types of canned goods have a long shelf life and are great to have on hand. So stock up, while prices are low.
