As you all know, we had a very mild winter. So...this is the year to buy all things WINTER! I believe every store has a surplus of winter wear, gear and gadgets just waiting for us to pay bottom dollar.
In fact, Target has a plethora of winter items at or under 70% off! Yesterday I saw sleds, snowboards, helmets and the like for just under $4 (original price $29)! On an end cap, they had scads of hand warmers also on the cheap (around $3 for a pack of 8)! And if you need a space heater (I love mine) they too are 70% off!
We couponers save the most when we plan ahead!
