Friendly Reminder: You Can Really Score with Kellogg's Cereal

I have been waiting for cheap Rice Krispies for awhile now. Do you remember when we told you about the AWESOME rebate promotion Kellogg's was doing (click here)...Send in 10 participating UPC codes and receive a $10 MasterCard.  The list doesn't contain many cereals that we eat around here except for good ol' Rice Krispies!

This week at Harris Teeter (I haven't been there for at least a month) they have many Kellogg's cereals B1G1...and Rice Krispies are one of them!  Each box is about $3.29.  When you add this coupon, you really get a deal:

.70/1 Kellogg’s Special K multi grain oats and honey, Frosted Mini Wheats, Rice Krispies, Crunchy Nut, or Kellogg’s Caramel Pecan Crunch cereal, 10.8 oz+, RP 7/10


And you will have as many boxes as you have coupons (remember Harris Teeter policy does state you can only purchase 3 like items per transaction. Today I bought 10 and no one seemed to mind...probably since there is no huge sale going on).

They came out to be about $0.27 each!

Okay, the Rice Krispies fun doesn't end quite yet.  Remember the Cars2 promotion we mentioned here?  For every 4 participating boxes of cereal, you can redeem the codes for a $5 gas card OR $5 for movie conssessions (or a myriad of other items...we don't need any toys around here)!

So for about $2.70 I received the following:

1. Happy Feelings
2. 10 boxes of Rice Krispies
3. $10 MasterCard
4. $10 in gas or popcorn (but not really popcorn since I have been LOVING Regal's free popcorn deal, I have been getting a soda instead to go with the popcorn).

Make sure you purchase the boxes of cereal that have the CARS2 promo on the outside.  Harris Teeter on 29 was out of the Rice Krispies but they had them stocked at HT on 28 (but no boxes with the CARS2 promo).
