FREE EVENT: 10th Annual Library of Congress National Book Festival: Saturday, September 25

I love to read. And I really love to read to my kids. I even got my masters degree in teaching literature. You get my point.

If you don't have plans on Saturday, September 25, head to the National Mall, in Washington, DC, to participate in the 10th Annual Library of Congress National Book Festival.

Here is the list of authors and illustrators that will be attending the event.  The day is full of stage shows and literacy activities for the entire family.

10:00 am - Event Begins

10:30am - Story Time with Miss Rosa

10:45am - Sing-along with SteveSongs

11:00am - Reading by Martha Speaks author Susan Meddaugh

12:15pm - Story Time with Miss Rosa

12:30am - Sing-along with SteveSongs

1:30pm - Reading by Martha Speaks author Susan Meddaugh

2:15pm - Story Time with Miss Rosa

2:30pm - Sing-along with SteveSongs

3:00pm - Story Readings

5:30pm - Event Ends

The PBS KIDS tent will be near 4th St. and the Smithsonian Castle.
