If you took advantage of last week's Super Dollar at Harris Teeter, you might have a lot of frozen spinach in your freezer! I thought I would add one more spinach recipe for your dippin' pleasure:
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1 -cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 -cup Parmesan cheese
8 -ounce package of cream cheese
1- tsp minced garlic
1- box frozen spinach
1- jar artichoke
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in an oven safe baking dish. Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
I like to take a bread bowl, scoop out the bread, break the into small pieces and serve in the bowl with the pieces of bread!
