Getting Fit Fridays: Give Me 10!
If you are already doing an exercise program simply add 10 minutes to it.
If you haven't started yet, just do something for 10 minutes (walk around the block).
While you are watching your favorite show, during the commercials do 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 triceps dips...10 of something!
It is really that simple. By adding ten to your routine, you can make a huge difference.
Now get to it!
