It will give you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes so the client can change their product or service to better meet your needs. You may be discussing a new product and what your reaction is to it, your views on a particular issue or programs you like on television and why. These are just a few examples. There are 2 primary methods we use to obtain your opinions:
1. Focus Groups-a round-table discussion with 8-10 other people like yourself. A moderator presents the subject and everyone will discuss it.
2. One-on-One/In-Depth Interviews-you are interviewed on an individual basis. It is just you and an interviewer that will ask you to give your opinions.
Not only do you have the power to make changes you also are paid a cash gratuity as a token of the clients appreciation.
They will call you from time to time and ask you a series of screening qualifications. You may meet the profile the very first time they call you or they may have to call you back on another project and try again.
