Most Frugal Cities of 2011: We're #16!

Coupons.com just released a study revealing what cities are printing the most coupons (per capita). Atlanta, Georgia ranks #1 in terms of being the most frugal city in the United States and for those of us in the Washington, D.C. area we made it to #16 on the list.  


Most of the frugal cities are in the midwest and northeast. Ohio is the most frugal state with three cities making it in the top 25.

Now this is for 2011 – I’m thinking if we tell enough people, Hip to Clip Coupons can bring the D.C. area up to at least the top 10.
