Our family just returned from our annual trip to Virginia Beach AND camping. I am telling you, if you haven't tried this...you must!
We stay at the Trav-L-Park, minutes away from the beach! With an entire group of friends, we reserve our spot the year prior to guarantee our favorite cul-de-sac tucked away in the corner (this campsite is HUGE).
For only $45 per night, we have water and electrical hook up as well as swimming pools, showers and our own campfires!
We pitch three or four tents, cover or picnic table with its own cover (totally decked out with fun outdoor lights) and bring our bikes!
By day we beach and by night we all hang out at our campsite, playing games, kids running freely around, and cooking smores...heavenly.
It seriously is the best!
