New Coupon Policy at Target

It looks like it’s time to print out a new coupon policy for Target! It was recently updated and there are a few changes to the way you can use coupons. Here are some notable changes:

1.) We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit the use of any coupon.

2.) Limit of four (4) identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on coupon)
You won’t be able to use more than four (4) identical coupons in a shopping trip anymore. The exception is if the actual coupon limits you. (For example: Some coupons limit you to ONE identical coupon per transaction)

3.) Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer Coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target Gift Card
If you need to return an item that you used a manufacturer coupon on – Target won’t reimburse you the full value of the item. They will give you the manufacturer coupon value in the form of a gift card. This seems like a plus to me – since you didn’t pay the full amount for the item anyway.

4.) We do not accept Canadian coupons in our US stores.

You can see the full Target Coupon Policy here.
