Sunday Dinners: Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

My kids LOVE spinach. They love it in frittatas and they love it in dips. I love that they love it. Spinach and cream cheese are two of the staples that I always have on hand. This dip is a quick and easy treat and is always a crowd pleaser. Enjoy!


1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ozs. prepared alfredo sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 ozs. cream cheese, softened


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
