This is what I paid:
$10 preorder fee
$11 at register
total: $21 OOP
received $10 gift card and watch
So I ended up paying $11 for the movie and watch if you take into account the $10 gift card. I was figuring I'd get each movie for around $10 in the end, but it didn't work out that way (but it is still working for some of you lucky readers) I thought it would and I wanted to let you all know as soon as I got home. I ended up NOT preordering Beauty and the Beast at Toys R Us. I am going to price match and use the Disney coupon at Target or Walmart.
My Toys R Us would not accept the $5 off $25 coupon, even with the filler item, and would not accept the $10 discount if I preordered Beauty and the Beast. So I did not end up using either of those coupons. If your Toys R Us allows the scenario listed below that's awesome. But I wouldn't drive too far to find out.
And remember, don't throw away your receipts! There are ALWAYS rebates with Disney movies. I'll keep you posted on any rebates I hear about.
Head to your local Toys R Us (before September 21) and pay $10 to pre-order Tinkerbell and the Great Fairy Rescue Blu-Ray Combo Pack (original price $29.99)

Your post made the most sense! Only one question...wouldn't it be $30 OOP? I'm figuring it this way....$10 1st transaction preorder, 2nd transaction $5 preorder (plus the filler), 3rd transaction $5 preorder, 4th transaction $10 (or so). Am I wrong in figuring this out? I've seen so many posts that my head is swimming, and I was getting confused.
Jamie, you're right! Thank you! I was factoring in a $10 gifct card that I have. Please note the changes above. I'm hoping that Toys R US will have more printable coupons that can be used with one or more of the transactions. Let's keep our fingers crossed. :)
Thanks so much for posting this!
With Christmas around the corner- its a great deal!
Cant wait to try it out next week ;o)
Sorry if this is a crazy question, but I have never pre-ordered a movie at ToysRUs. The following directions I am confused by. Is this something that ToysRUs will give me for pre-ordering?
Use: $10 off your order for pre-ordering Beauty and the Beast
Use: $10 off your order for pre-ordering Toy Story 3
No question is crazy! Yes, they will give you a Toys R Us coupon for $10 a Disney movie. it will have a barcode and everything. I hope this helps. :)
By the way, you can save another $5 by preordering Toy Story at the same time as Tinkerbell and then preordering it again (you only reddem it once, but you get an extra $5 for spending $5--does that make sense?), but I thought that was a little too confusing for a lot of people so I left it out.
Thank you! It made sense once I got to the store and saw the pre-order cards. This a great deal for 3 movies I wanted anyway.
Could you explain the saving the additional $5 by preordering TS3 as stated above?
I've decided the extra $5 deal is probably a no go. The best (and most honest) way is the way I've lsited it above. I pick up my movie tomorrow and I'll let you know how it goes and how much I spent.
Thanks for posting the update. I was going to let you know that it didn't work for me either. I did reserve the BatB, but I'm going to head back to the store, because I realized they didn't take the $10 off.
I was told the reason why it didn't work was because the $10 gift card they are giving out lowers the price of the Bluray to $19.99, and therefoe can't use the $5 off $25 purchase coupon. I don't know why the BatB reservation didn't take another $10 off, but I noticed when I got home it didn't work. So I have to head back to TRU, good thing its close by me.
It worked for me at my local TOYSRUS. The cashier had to do some overrides though :) Was able to use all coupons as had been originally listed.
Update, I went back to TRU, and Customer Service had to do some overrides, but the BatB coupon did work!! It doesn't ring up properly on the computers, so you need an manager or customer service to override it for you. The $5 for $25 still didn't work though because the movie was still considered to be $19.99.
So altogether I had to pay the $10 deposit for TB, and the $5.00 deposit for BatB. $15 OOP... but minus the $10 gift card you get, its more like $5... still not bad!
Hooray for you, Mimi! I'm glad that it's working for some of you. :) And I truly appreciate all of the feedback and comments. Keep them coming.
Manager couldnt quite rap his head around the deal. Said to just make the customer happy. It looked like it only gave you partial credit for the $10 deposit. So yesterday I paid $10 for the movie and BaTB deposit. They credited me back $5 for the rest of my tinkerbell deposit. When I went in today to pick up my corrected receipt, the manager said it starting ringing up right later in the day. So you may want to try again, if you haven't done it yet.
